What personal data do we collect and process from you?
We will treat the personal data included in the registration form in the Employment Channel, the contents in your Curriculum Vitae as well as the rest of the documentation that you provide when applying for a specific job offer or internship. Likewise, we will treat the information obtained as a result of the tests carried out during and on the occasion of a specific selection process or pre-selection tests to offer you participation in the selection processes for vacancies. that may occur in the future.
How do we obtain your personal data?
You provide us with your personal data when registering in the Employment Channel and, where appropriate, during the selection process in which you participate. Regarding the information related to the tests carried out in a selection process, we obtain this information directly from said tests.
If you do not provide us with the requested personal data, we may not be able to register as a job candidate, manage your participation in the selection processes, respond to your request, where appropriate, to receive alerts with job offers or practices, comply with our legal obligations and manage our activity.
We ask you to update your personal data as they change, and always provide accurate information since we must have your current information.
For what purposes do we process your data?
Your personal information will be treated for the following purposes:
a) Allow your participation in the selection processes (whether for a job or internship) to which you apply, which includes the analysis of your suitability and ensuring that you meet the requirements of the job or practice offered.
b) If you pass the selection process, the Additional Data will be processed to prepare all the administrative procedures prior to and necessary to the employment contract or academic agreement.
c) Inform you of active vacancies in the Employment Channel if you request to receive job and/or internship alerts.
d) Their inclusion in a database of possible candidates for employment or internships depending on the option chosen.
e) Invite you to participate in selection processes that adapt to your professional profile and according to your chosen option.
f) Invite you to participate in pre-selection processes for possible future vacancies that adapt to your professional profile.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
How long do we keep your data?
In case you have not participated in any selection process, your data will remain in the system for a period of two years. After this period, your personal data will be deleted unless you renew your data and accept the extension of this period.
If you have participated in a selection process, we will keep your data for a period of three years to be able to count on you in future selection processes that fit your profile. After this period, your personal data will be deleted unless you renew your data and accept the extension of this period.
We will keep the Additional Data, if you finally sign the employment contract or academic agreement that is the object of the selection process, as part of your information as an employee or trainee, as the case may be, but they will be deleted from the Employment Channel. If you finally fail to sign the employment contract or academic agreement, the Additional Data will be definitively eliminated.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access your personal data subject to treatment, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in addition to exercising the right of opposition and limitation to the treatment and portability of the data.
