It is about the theoretical and practical training of the members of the Higrompampa Village Community Association in the undertaking of breeding and commercialization of native jungle fish such as pacos and carachamas, to improve their quality of life. EGH financed the entire program from the pond implementation, fingerling purchase, and supervision by a qualified technical professional. Currently, the members of the association are in charge of the breeding, maintenance, and sale. We are proud of them because in the last harvest they obtained an income of around S / .11,180.00.
EGH has arranged a community boat and bus to transport the residents of the surrounding communities. This includes an one hour trip from the hamlets that are located in the reservoir to the Huanipampa town center. An excellent improvement, because before the construction and operation of the Chaglla Hydroelectric Plant this tour was done in one or two days.
It should also be noted that these services are totally free.
We encourage, promote and manage the visits of local and regional authorities, universities and institutes, and communities from the area of direct and indirect influence to the power plant in order to strengthen cooperation ties and contribute to the training of future professionals.
